As some of you may be aware of, Paul and I started growing some vegetables and herbs this past summer.  Some did well, some did not do so well. So this year we are aiming to do better!  I started a ONE NOTE on herb growing, took each herb we tried to grow and I am gathering all kinds of info on them. We actually bought a small greenhouse a couple of years ago and put it up in the kitchen, at the end of this summer we brought in what was left.  Basil, chives, Rosemary (my fave!!).  They are still growing and we harvest them every couple of weeks, dry them then freeze them.  It's fairly easy but I want more. LOL always! If you yourself have expertise in this area any suggestions are quite welcome!!!  xoxoxoxo T
